• Project Brief Details: Event type, target venue, anticipated dates, attendance figures, and technical rider specifications.
• Technical Files & Slates: Architecture diagrams, floorplans, CAD drawings, or RFP documents voluntarily attached to enquiry submissions.
• Assistant Conversations: Interactions with our technical AI assistant are processed in transient memory to help formulate briefs and are saved only upon explicit user submission.

3. Lawful Basis & Data Purpose

Under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, all processing is conducted under the lawful basis of contractual necessity (evaluating technical briefs, calculating engineering feasibility, preparing itemized commercial proposals) and legitimate business interest. For live event activations executed by our SYNAPSE division (such as AI photobooths, generative media kiosks, and RFID leaderboards), all neural processing is performed locally on on-premise GPU workstation racks. Guest portrait data and photos are processed in volatile memory with zero unauthorized cloud storage, ensuring complete attendee confidentiality.
