Standard commercial terms, equipment rental riders, aviation clearances, and production delivery commitments.
1. Scope of Engagement
These Terms and Conditions govern all proposals, production riders, equipment rentals, show designs, and custom software delivery executed by CRUXEO Experience and its divisions (NEXPLAY, LUMEN LAB, IGNISPECTRA, SYNAPSE). Specific technical scopes are formally documented in an agreed Work Order or Project Rider signed by both parties.
2. Quotations, Scoping & Pricing
Due to venue-specific structural rigging limits, electrical distribution requirements, municipal permitting, and staffing days, all initial quotations are estimates based on provided briefs. Formal binding contracts require a signed statement of work following site inspection and electrical load verification.
3. Drone Shows & Aviation Clearances (IGNISPECTRA)
Drone swarm spectacles are subject to regulatory clearance from the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and/or Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA), along with local police security approvals. A minimum lead time of 4 weeks (8-12 weeks for major UAE holiday dates) is required. Operations adhere to strict safety parameters: 75m to 100m audience standoff distance and sustained wind limits up to 18-20 knots (~35 km/h).
4. Hardware Hire & Technical Riders (LUMEN LAB / NEXPLAY)
Equipment hire includes delivery, professional rigging by certified technicians, and operation during show hours. Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate three-phase power supply, safe load-in dock access, and venue security during overnight staging.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
